Although week 6 did not bring any big trips or adventures, it did bring plenty of lovely things to report, none the less.
At the start of the week I was able to celebrate my lovely flatmate's birthday! Silvia made this beautiful chocolate cake and we had a great time celebtrating Yana's birthday together.
On Tuesday, we went to the ERASMUS/International Students social where we mingled with other international students at Aberystwyth. The walls of the restroom were chalkboards- I guess they don't feel the need to discourage graffiti in the restrooms at the social.
We also had a gorgeous sunset that I managed to capture!
After spending some time on the internet after class one afternoon, I came across a recipe for an oreo cream dessert. Naturally, we had to try it. Seeing as we don't have a blender on our flat, we hand whipped the whip cream! It turned out deliciously!

As Saturday rolled around, I took a walk with Silvia and we found this beautiful home. I sure would love to have a place just like it one day!
With classes well underway by this point, I was keeping plenty busy.
